Allyson S. Watkins

Allyson S. Watkins is a Vice President of TSG. Ms. Watkins is involved in all aspects of sourcing and underwriting TSG's investment activities on behalf of its sponsored funds, conducting property due diligence, preparing financial projections, and coordinating the capital market activities of TSG. Prior to joining TSG, Ms. Watkins served as a Project Director for Gellerstedt Development, an Office Leasing Broker with Cushman & Wakefield, and a Relationship Underwriter, Real Estate Investments, for Bank of America. She earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2001 and her real estate sales license in 1997. Ms. Watkins received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Ms. Watkins was also a member of the winning University of Southern California team for the 2003 NAIOP Challenge in Los Angeles, California.
