Emily-May Richards
Emily-May Richards is the COO and CFO of TSG. Ms. Richards is responsible for day to day management, including financial, accounting, tax, administrative, legal and reporting functions. She serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Ms. Richards is a CPA with an extensive background in finance. Previously, she served as Corporate Controller at KSL Recreation Corporation, responsible for accounting, tax, and financial reporting for $1.5 billion of resort properties and real estate. She also served as CEO of her own company, The Richards Group, P.C., a CPA firm providing accounting, tax and management advisory services, and as a Vice President for The First National Bank of Atlanta. Ms. Richards received a Bachelor of Science with high honors from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
