B. Robin Riecke
B. Robin Riecke is a Senior Vice President of TSG. Ms. Riecke creates and executes strategic operating plans for the assets acquired by TSG on behalf of its sponsored funds, oversees the activities of third-party property management companies, and is responsible for conducting due diligence on acquisitions and the sourcing of investment opportunities. Previously, Ms. Riecke was employed by Gables Residential Trust for fourteen years as a Senior Regional Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing the management of more than 3,500 multifamily units in Atlanta and Nashville, developing business strategies for wholly-owned properties and third party clients, budgeting, preparing financial projections, and recruiting, hiring and training over 75 on-site associates to ensure operational success and maximum performance. Prior to her experience with Gables, she served as a Regional Manager at Johnstown American Properties with responsibilities in Atlanta and Kentucky. Ms. Riecke attended West Georgia College and has received training at the Disney Institute, the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, and the Dr. Jerry Bell Leadership Conference. Ms. Riecke is an active member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), Atlanta Apartment Association, Triad Apartment Association, and earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 2004.
