Sarah E. Ruckstuhl
Sarah E. Ruckstuhl is an Asset Manager of TSG. Ms. Ruckstuhl monitors property performance data, internal and external reporting, contract negotiation, property management supervision, and due diligence on acquisitions. Previously, Ms. Ruckstuhl served as a Financial Administrator for Platinum Realty Services with responsibilities in North Carolina and South Carolina. At Platinum, Ms. Ruckstuhl developed and monitored accounting and payroll procedures, and performed all phases of accounts payable, account reconciliation, and month end closings. Prior to her experience with Platinum, she served as an onsite Property Manager for The Conner Group and Cornerstone Realty Income Trust. Inc. Ms. Ruckstuhl is an active member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), Atlanta Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association, and earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 2008.
