Walt B. Plyler

Walt B. Plyler is a Senior Vice President of TSG. Mr. Plyler is responsible for sourcing and underwriting investments, obtaining property financing, raising equity and handling investor relations. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he served as a Vice President for Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc., where he was involved in the origination, underwriting and securitization of over $2 billion in commercial real estate mortgages. He also served as an Experienced Associate in the Assurance & Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Plyler received a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University.
